Tier and points are read from your account when you check out. The work stays the same; the colour of the circle simply deepens as you return.

The fine print
- How is the tier worked out?
- On lifetime spend on goods, after any discount and excluding shipping. It is read from your orders each time, so it always matches what you have paid.
- How many coupons can I use?
- One coupon per order. The tier discount is separate: it is applied automatically and does not count as the coupon.
- Do coupons expire?
- Yes. Every coupon states its expiry date when it is issued, and the first-order offer lasts 90 days.
- Are points money?
- No. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. They are redeemed only through the catalogue of coupons.
- Can I buy without joining?
- Yes. Guests can check out as usual. They simply do not collect points, and the tier discount does not apply.
