Privacy.

What you send us. When you use an enquiry form on this site, your mail app opens with a pre-filled message and nothing is sent until you press send. If you write to studio@silkwire.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write, and we keep the thread for as long as it takes to answer you and complete an order.

The Silk Circle. If you open an account we store your first name, email address, a one-way password hash (never the password itself), your points balance, lifetime spend, coupons and invitation activity. That record is kept in a member store on our own server and is used only to run the membership: tier discounts, points and coupons. One first-party cookie, sw_session, keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and it expires after 30 days. We do not use it for advertising, and signing out removes it.

What we do not collect. No advertising cookies, no session recording, no cross-site profiles, no selling of member data. The payment provider and the courier receive only the details needed to take payment and deliver an order.

Payments. Payment is arranged by email with a payment link from a regulated provider. Card details are entered on the provider's page, never on this site, and we do not store card data.

Shipping. To send an order we share the delivery name, address and phone number with the courier. That is the only third party involved in fulfilling an order, apart from the payment provider.

Your choices. Write to studio@silkwire.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.
